-- Synergie Italia, a French multinational leader in the Human Resources sector for over 50 years and a recognized player in the labor market in 16 countries worldwide, is looking for a: COMMERCIAL MANAGER for the GENOA branch The resource, reporting directly to the Territory Manager, will be responsible for developing the customer network , activating the appropriate channels and tools, offering support to local companies in the context of Synergie's services, coordinating with branch resources in order to ensure competent and timely service .
The new colleague will autonomously analyze the market in their area of expertise and contact companies , acting in a consultative capacity towards prospects and ensuring the achievement of the defined budget , balancing the customer portfolio and the development of all business lines, designing strategies and defining business development methods relevant to their reference market .
Furthermore, they will handle the preparation of estimates and the drafting of temporary and permanent contracts for the branch.
We are looking for individuals who have gained specific experience in the sale of HR services ,



preferably within a temporary employment agency, and who are determined, goal-oriented , organized, dynamic, communicative, who are not afraid of unforeseen events, fast-paced rhythms, and the daily challenges of our sector.
Key element will be knowledge of the territory.

The activity will take place at the Synergie branch in GENOA and in its relevant territory, from Monday to Friday with full-time hours.
Remuneration package: 3rd or 2nd level CCNL Commercio, RAL €30,******,000 + variable + company car for mixed use + €8 ticket + Welfare + lavoro da remoto.
