The Applications Specialist is a high-level informatics Application Specialist with experience in workflow analysis and configuration of PACS, RIS, VNA with experience in 3rd party applications. Along with this, the Application Specialist delivers clinical application training plus troubleshooting implemented solutions. /p h3Location /h3 pSesto San Giovanni (Milano), Italy.br/Hybrid working with travel up to 80% of the time to clients in Italy. /p pAs a bApplications Specialist /byou are responsible for: /p ul liWork at the customer site to conduct workflow analysis /li liConfiguration of applications on and off-site /li liAnalyses and troubleshooting of implemented solutions /li liDriving good customer Administration practices within IT and the Imaging department /li liYou are responsible for the on-site implementation of RIS PACS products at customer sites as part of project deployments, in collaboration with the implementation team assigned to the project. /li liBased on your in-depth knowledge of the application and the customer's workflow, you will contribute to the optimization of the installation. /li liYou assist in the start-up phase and provide the customer with the necessary advice and documentation. /li liDeliver training to the PACS/RIS administrators, Radiographers, Clinicians, Radiologists and support personnel both on and off-site. /li liYou support the "Train the Trainer" activities of the key users. /li liYou assist in the development of application-specific training and documentation. /li li. You analyze user feedback and communicate relevant information to the appropriate internal stakeholders /li liYou provide the necessary input and follow-up of application-related incidents.



/li liComplete all documentation and site visit reports in coordination with the Project Manager. /li liYou support our Sales department in conducting customer demonstrations (also during trade fairs). /li liYou provide feedback on your project activities to the Project Manager. /li /ul h3What you bring to the table /h3 ul liYou have a bachelor’s degree, in Medical Radiologic Impaging and Radiotherapy Techniques or you are a trained Radiographer with PACS/RIS Administrative experience in a clinical setting /li liOpen to travel up to 80% of the time to clients in Italy /li li1 to 3 years of experience within the healthcare sector, including medical imaging and hospital workflows, with a strong focus on radiology environments and processes /li liExcellent knowledge of hospital workflows / clinical environmentExperience providing application support to clients with complex software environments within healthcare (medical imaging, radiology) is a plus /li liPACS / RIS System experience is a plus /li liAGFA HealthCare systems experience is a plus. /li liStrong interpersonal skills and customer service focus /li liPositive attitude, proactive, self-starter, both action and results oriented /li liWell-developed analytical, diagnostic and problem resolution skills /li liA strong team player, maintaining a high level of quality in a challenging environment /li liContinuous learning orientation; keeping aware of new and emerging technologies /li /ul h3Compensation: /h3 pSalary range (depending of level of experience) b30k – 35k euros + 10% premio /b /p pWe offer a rewarding career in a field that impacts lives, the opportunity to work with a talented and committed team of individuals, training and career development programs, and a competitive compensation and benefits package. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
