At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /ppbPurpose of the position: /bAs bPiping and Layout Engineer /byou will be part of the ENCAR / TUBFA Fano Office. /ph3How can you support us? /h3pEnsure the execution of the engineering activities within own area of responsibility, works following the TM guidelines, cooperates with the other Project positions and ensures the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements. /ph3Tasks include: /h3ulliProvide technical support to other Project positions for specialist aspects /liliAnalyse and u nderstand Tender documentation /liliDefine Discipline list of activities and deliverables and coordinate activities in accordance with Project schedule /liliIdentify technical queries, deviations and alternatives to be submitted /liliImplement bidding methodologies, design criterias and guidelines /liliDefine and issue Request for quotation for not estimated in-house items /liliCoordinate material quantities and weight estimation /liliPrepare engineering manhour and material cost estimations /liliSupport the Proposal Manager during technical clarification meetings with the Client /liliEnsure the achievement of the assigned goal and the fulfillment of the Project quality and contractual requirements.



Take the necessary corrective actions within the Discipline Project Team to meet the assigned goal. Report to the TM for more extensive problems /liliDefine list of activities and deliverables, setup time schedule, coordinate activities in accordance with contractual requirements /liliEnsure Discipline Project progress, monitor and control manhour consumption /liliPrepare technical annexes for engineering activities to be subcontracted /liliEnsure subcontractor coordination and monitoring/reporting to PM of the Discipline budget costs /liliEnsure proper Discipline workflow, interfaces, quality checks an d approval of all Discipline Project documents, including Vendor ones /liliTrack and report to TM Discipline scope of work changes updating manhour and cost estimates /liliProvide technical support to Project functions including Procurement and Construction /liliSupport PM in technical interfacing with the Client (according to TM) /liliDefine and issue Purchase Requisitions /liliEnsure Technical Bid Evaluations /liliProvide technical support for the definition of the Discipline construction inspection plan /liliManage Vendor inspection test plan approval and support post order activities /liliSupport the construction team in implementing the engineering solutions at site /li /ulh3What are we looking for? /h3h3Education: /h3pMaster's Degree/bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering /ph3Background:
