About AiStudio AiStudio is an AI services firm headquartered in Dubai, building production AI systems for PE firms, VC funds, and financial institutions across the Middle East, Europe and UK. We are a small, fast-moving team with an active product portfolio and a strong pipeline, and we are building the delivery muscle to scale into our next phase.
The role The Deployment Strategist is AiStudio’s on-the-ground lead for our Italian client portfolio. You will sit on site with our clients in Italy, act as the bridge between them and our team, and shape the strategy behind every engagement, not just manage the project plan. This is a senior, high-ownership role with direct visibility into every Italian engagement and a clear path into a leadership seat as we scale.
What you’ll own Client strategy on the ground : working on site with our Italian clients, understanding how their operations run, and identifying where AI creates the most value.

The bridge : translating client needs into clear scope for our engineering team, and translating our work back into business outcomes for client leadership.

Delivery across Italian engagements : multiple parallel projects, each with defined timelines, milestones, and quality bars.

Client engagement health : joint ownership with founders on key relationships, leading project updates, anticipating client needs, and surfacing risks early.

Account growth : spotting the next problem worth solving and shaping it into new work with the founders.

Cross-functional coordination : interfacing with developers, designers, and external partners to keep engagements moving.





Who you are Strategist, not just a project manager : You shape what gets built and why, not only when it ships.

Bilingual : Native Italian and fluent professional English. You move between our Italian clients and our international team without losing nuance.

Client-grade communicator : You can hold a room with senior stakeholders, write a crisp update, and translate ambiguity into clarity.

Delivery instinct : You have shipped complex projects with cross-functional teams. You know what slips, why, and how to prevent it.

Comfortable in ambiguity : You thrive in environments where the playbook is being written. You bring structure without bureaucracy.

Commercially aware : You understand that delivery and commercial outcomes are linked, and you optimise for both.

Experience 4–7 years in strategy consulting, engagement management, or value creation at a consulting firm, PE-backed business, or fast-growing services company.

Track record of running multiple parallel client engagements with senior stakeholders.

Exposure to technology, AI, or data projects, and you partner well with engineering teams.

Based in Italy and able to work on site with clients.

Compensation & growth €60K–€90K RAL, benchmarked to leading consulting and startup operator roles in Italy. Direct reporting line to the founders.
This role is the foundation of AiStudio’s presence in Italy. As we scale, you will help shape how we grow our European client base, hire local delivery talent, and build the operating model for our work in the region.
