This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading manufacturers, influence industry standards, support innovative product development, and contribute to the adoption of more sustainable energy solutions worldwide. /ppYou will be a recognised technical expert, supporting customers and colleagues across a wide range of performance, energy efficiency, and certification activities while helping to shape the future of heat pump technologies. /ph3Lead Complex Technical Projects /h3ulliManage heat pump certification and testing projects from initial customer engagement through to final certification. /liliDefine project scope, testing requirements, costs, timelines, and technical deliverables. /liliReview technical documentation, product designs, and test data to determine compliance with applicable standards. /liliProvide technical recommendations and resolve complex engineering challenges. /li /ulh3Drive Technical Excellence /h3ulliAct as a subject matter expert for heat pump performance and energy efficiency standards. /liliInterpret and apply international and regional standards to support customers and internal stakeholders. /liliDevelop innovative test methods and evaluation approaches for emerging technologies. /liliSupport the development of new laboratory capabilities and technical procedures. /li /ulh3Influence Industry Standards /h3ulliRepresent the organisation on international, regional,



and national technical committees. /liliCollaborate with industry associations, certification scheme owners, and accreditation bodies. /liliContribute to the evolution of performance, sustainability, and energy efficiency requirements across the HVAC sector. /li /ulh3Support Laboratory Operations /h3ulliCoordinate and witness testing at manufacturer facilities and third-party laboratories. /liliDevelop technical guidance, training materials, and best practice documentation. /liliSupport accreditation activities, technical audits, proficiency testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3Partner with Customers and Industry Leaders /h3ulliProvide expert technical support throughout the certification process. /liliBuild strong relationships with manufacturers and industry stakeholders. /liliSupport business development by identifying market opportunities and promoting new services. /liliWork closely with engineering, laboratory, certification, and commercial teams to expand service capabilities. /li /ululliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline. /liliMinimum 10 years of experience in heat pump technology, HVAC performance testing, certification, product development, or standards development. /liliStrong technical knowledge of applicable standards: EN 14511, EN 14825, EN 12102,
