pISS International Spa is looking for a bConstruction Manager /b to be based at biorefinery in Rotterdam (Netherlands). /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liTo organize and lead, along with the relevant Superintendent/Supervisors, weekly meetings with the discipline Subcontractors; /li liTo participate to construction meeting with the Client; /li liTo promote Field revisions of the detailed Construction Schedule; /li liTo verify congruity of the works with technical specification; /li liTo verify material delivery schedule to coordinate construction activities and optimize the relevant schedule; /li liWith the collaboration of the Site Control Manager, to prepare detailed schedules and define priorities; /li liTo check that schedules are kept to and to promote recovery plans in case of delay; /li liTo coordinate all site activities, and interfaces between Disciplines, with the aim of limiting work overlaps; /li liTo assist and co-operate with the Supervisors in the ordinary management of subcontracts, in defining extra-works and in the execution of changes during the works; /li liTogether with the Commissioning Manager,
