Join us and let's write our next chapter together.What you will be doingFor a multinational company operating in the transportation sector, we are looking for a Legal Counsel with proven experience in Labor Relations.
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel Italy and will be responsible for managing legal matters in the employment law area, supporting the business in both strategic and operational decisionsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on employment law matters (both individual and collective) to support HR and managementManage employment litigation and coordinate external law firms where necessarySupport extraordinary transactions (reorganizations, restructurings, transformations) from a labor law perspectiveDraft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, collective agreements, and company policiesMonitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial relations regulationsHandle disciplinary procedures, dismissals, and workforce reduction processesWhat do you bring with youLaw degree and admission to the Bar5-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law gained in reputable law firms or corporate environmentsIn-depth knowledge of Italian employment lawStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English (both written and spoken)Strong business orientation and ability to work independentlyExperience in handling/supporting management of labor relations and companies' reorganizationNice to haveExperience in multinational environmentsKnowledge of additional European jurisdictionsKnowledge of other languagesWhat do we offerOpportunity to join an international environment with interesting prospects of career movementsStrategic role with high exposure to senior managementCompetitive compensation package commensurate with experienceTraining to get you started and on-the-job learning opportunitiesExtensive learning resources to further develop your skills and knowledgeTuition Assistance Program to support career development through external training opportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program for you and your family to support a variety of life situationsThe Gross Annual Salary (RAL) for this role starts at 65K euros gross per year, plus premio and an interesting benefits package.
