ADi seguito troverà tutto ciò che deve sapere su questa possibilità e sui requisiti richiesti ai candidati.Milan-headquartered offshore energy contractor, part of aFortune 500 multinational group, is hiring aSenior Project Managerto take ownership of a major work package within a flagship offshore project.Alias Executive Search & Consulting, an Italian executive search firm with an international network acrossEMEA, LATAM and North America, has been retained to manage this search on a confidential basis.The companyOur client delivers complexoffshore and onshore energy projectson anEPC/EPCIC basis, with operations across multiple countries.The company is currently:executing a majoroffshore mega-projectas consortium leader for anEnergy Major ; strengthening its international project delivery capabilities; expanding beyondtraditional upstream activities intomidstream and carbon capture .The organisation operates with a deliberatelyleaner structure than a traditional EPC contractor .The roleReporting directly to theDirector of Projects, the Senior Project Manager will assume full accountability for assignedEPC/EPCIC work packages, from contract award through:Procurement; Construction;Handover.The role combinesproject delivery, commercial responsibility, client management and multidisciplinary leadership .Organisation & leadershipYou will have the authority to shape your own project organisation, defining the appropriate structure and resources across functions including:Contracts; Planning;Cost Control; Quality Assurance; HSE;Logistics; Construction;Interface Management.You will also:lead, coach and develop amultidisciplinary and multicultural project team ; establish clear accountability across the project organisation; drive collaboration between internal functions, partners,
subcontractors and external stakeholders.You will act as theprimary management representativetowards:the Client; consortium and joint-venture partners; contractors and subcontractors; regulatory and relevant external authorities.The role requires the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments while maintaining a strong focus on project objectives and contractual commitments.The Senior Project Manager will own the commercial performance of the assigned work package, including:contract administration ; variations and change orders; claims and contractual negotiations; cost performance;forecasting; cash flow;project profitability.You will work closely with theDirector of Projects and Finance functionto ensure alignment between operational delivery and financial performance.You will set the standard for:Health, Safety and Environment ; process safety;offshore safety requirements; quality performance; compliance throughout all project activities.You will ensure that HSE and quality considerations remain embedded in every major project decision.Executive reportingYou will provide clear and concise reporting on:overall project status; schedule and cost performance; commercial exposure; key risks and opportunities; Reporting will be directed to theProject Director and executive management, giving the role significant organisational visibility.What you bringThe ideal candidate will have:Master's degree in Engineeringor a closely related technical discipline; at least15 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Energy ; substantial experience deliveringlarge-scale EPC and EPCIC projects ; a proven track record oncomplex offshore projects, from award through final handover; directoffshore execution experience, which is considered essential; strong knowledgeof:project controls; cost management;planning and scheduling; contract administration; claims and change management; risk and opportunity management; strongcommercial awareness, with the ability to take accountability formargin, cash flow and profitability,
