This resource will be working at our client site in Rome, Italy. /ph3Job Responsibilities: /h3pMinimum Years of Experience: 5 years We are looking for a skilled, experienced, and service-oriented Network Administrator to provide operational support for a customer’s network infrastructure. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the successful delivery and ongoing support of network services, including onboarding new services, adapting to evolving technologies and customer requirements, and ensuring that network solutions are implemented and maintained effectively, while applying a risk-based, security-first approach aligned with the customer’s cybersecurity requirements, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate should be flexible, able to work in a highly collaborative environment, quickly learn new concepts, maintain an open mindset, and manage multiple competing priorities. The candidate is expected to work under supervision while demonstrating a high level of autonomy in day-to-day tasks, acting as a technical administrator and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and with high quality. /ph3Scope of Work / Duties of Consultant: /h3ulliConfigure and support Cisco network infrastructure, including Nexus and Catalyst switches and routers. /liliConfigure, support, and administer firewalls, including Cisco Firepower and F5 BIG-IP AFM module /liliConfigure, support, and administer F5 load balancers /liliConfigure, support, and administer Cisco Meraki solutions (including switching, wireless, and security) /liliConfigure, support and administer VPN Site-to-Site tunnels based on IPSEC technologies /liliMonitor WAN usage, performance, and troubleshoot network issues /liliProvide first and second-level support, including troubleshooting and coordination with vendors /liliReview logs, alerts, and perform corrective actions /liliMonitor network performance and ensure optimal operation /liliMaintain and update technical documentation and configuration templates /liliProvide on-call/standby support when required /liliApply a risk-based, security-first mindset when implementing and supporting network services in a complex, multi-tenant environment. /liliParticipate in network security implementation projects, track progress, review vulnerability and risk reports,
