/ph3Key responsibilities: /h3ulliSupport the bglobal rollout and adoption of the CRM platform /b across regions and local markets.
/liliAct as a key point of contact for regional and local teams, providing hands?on support throughout deployment and platform stabilization.
/liliCollect feedback and business needs from different markets and btranslate them into clear, actionable requirements /b for central and technical teams.
/liliSupport bSalesforce releases /b, including testing and validation of new features and fixes.
/liliIdentify platform issues, operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
/liliSupport local teams during key international events, helping ensure effective platform usage and client data collection.
/liliDevelop and share best practices, ensuring learnings from different markets are incorporated into future releases.

/li /ulh3The ideal profile: /h3ullib3+ years of experience in CRM management /b or a closely related CRM project environment.
/liliGood knowledge of bSalesforce /b and CRM platforms (no coding skills required).
/liliExperience in CRM rollout, platform adoption, business requirements, testing or continuous improvement would be highly valuable.
/liliStrong analytical and problem?solving skills, with a hands?on approach.
/liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with business and technical teams.
