Purpose

- As Integrity and Inspection Lead, you oversee the Continuous Improvementof of Integrity and Inspection disciplines of Piping, Hull, EX, Corrosion, Coatingh,Topside structures & Mooring
- You support the Strategy development bydefining best practices, standard methods and tools, redesigning existing processes around lean management practices.
- You continuously improve the standard methods and tool by identifying and implementing lesson leaned for the fleet.
- You leverage on leasson learned from fleet experience to trigger design improvements for future projects
- You gather lesson learned and ensure adherence to Global Processes through regular offshore audits and contribute to Continuous Improvement of processes and systems.

Responsibilities





- You develop and continuous improve methods and strategies for the Integrity and Inspection Team based on learning from experience loop
- You own the I&I; CMMS dataset and manage its quality; analyse CMMS records to identify trends, anomalies and potential learning from best in class
- You engage with regional leads to ensure efficient and optimised execution of the Integrity & Inspection strategy considering practical, technical and financial constraints and field experience
- You liaise with Regional Leads to gather operational feedback from the fleet to influence new and optimised designs.
- You preform offshore visits to verify adherence to global strategies as well as to gather lessons.
- You develop and publish Global I&I; Key Performance Indicators (KPIs and dashboards).

Education

- University degree in relevant Engineering discipline; Industrial or Mechanical preferred.

Experience

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Integrity& Inspection in complex industry,
- Previous experience in continuous improvement and development of lean processes
- Excellent knowledge of PowerBI and CMMS system (i.e IFS)
- Strong Reporting and analysis capabilities
