The role involves participating in the management and coordination of event operations, ensuring their proper execution according to management objectives. /p h3Main Responsibilities and Duties /h3 ul liManage or participate in managing and coordinating the operations for the shows within the portfolio. /li liPrepare the "Participation Dossier", verify, together with the legal firm, the aspects related to the Regulations and GDPR (Privacy)



and ensure their correct implementation in the event documentation; prepare the Useful Information for Exhibitors. /li liDraft (using AutoCAD LT) and validate the event layout or the assigned Halls in coordination with the sales targets set by management, considering commercial needs. /li liManage the suppliers responsible for the realization of setups and/or various supplies. /li liOversee and control exhibitors' stand projects and obtain the necessary authorizations from the location. /li liGuarantee effective communication between exhibitors and the sales and marketing teams to resolve or anticipate issues related to the realization of various areas. /li liCoordinate the activities of the team involved in organizing and executing the show by providing continuous support; proactively facilitate coordination meetings to keep track of project progress. /li liIn collaboration with a consulting firm, coordinate activities related to maintaining the ISO 20121:2024 certification (sustainable event management); define objectives, update documentation, and participate in audits with the auditing company. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree or specialization school. /li liAt least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the sector. /li liGood knowledge of the English language and of MS Office (particularly Excel). /li liBasic knowledge of AutoCAD LT is appreciated. /li liExcellent written and oral communication skills. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /li liAbility to resolve conflicts diplomatically. /li liAbility to work both independently and as part of a team. /li /ul pWorking Hours:Full-time (8 hours per day)
