ensuring service excellence and alignment with business expectations.Monitor the site'sorganizational structure and span of control, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Lead by example, reinforcing behaviors aligned withDHL culture, leadership principles and operational standards .Manage external providers supporting the site's general services, includingsecurity, infrastructure and maintenance .Ensure full compliance withsafety, quality and operational standards, promoting a strong safety culture across the site.RequirementsMaster's degreein Engineering, Economics or a related field.Solid experience inLogistics / Supply Chain, preferably gained in complex or industrial environments.Significant experience indirect people management, ideally within large operational teams.Proven track record inpeople leadership and industrial relations / union management .Strong leadership skills, with the ability to define and successfully deploy astrategic plan for the site .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge ofLean Manufacturing, WCM, TPM, Six Sigmaor similar continuous improvement methodologies.Strong customer orientation and ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. xysqume Team playerwith a proactive, collaborative and positive mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
