Help us strengthen our position across key marketplaces, develop new digital sales channels and contribute to the profitable growth of our international business. /p pWe are currently looking for an /p h3Your role: /h3 ul libDrive e-commerce growth in Italy: /b Take ownership of developing and growing our e-commerce business in the Italian market, with a strong focus on Amazon and other relevant online channels. /li libExpand our business across MENAT: /b Identify and develop growth opportunities in the Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye, strengthening our presence on Amazon and other relevant e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. /li libDevelop new e-commerce business: /b Identify, evaluate and establish additional online sales channels and partnerships beyond Amazon, with a particular focus on Italy and selected MENAT growth markets. /li libCoordinate our international Amazon activities: /b Work closely with our European Amazon Lead and our German headquarters to ensure a consistent international Amazon strategy while adapting activities to local market requirements. /li libMonitor and optimise performance: /b Analyse sales figures, market developments, competitor activities and relevant KPIs to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimise our marketplace and channel strategies. /li libEnsure listing and content excellence: /b Take responsibility for the local e-commerce content strategy and coordinate the creation,



localisation and optimisation of product listings in close collaboration with Product and Category Management in Germany. /li libIncrease visibility and manage advertising: /b Plan, manage and optimise retail media activities, including PPC and Sponsored Ads, to increase visibility, conversion and overall product performance. /li libDrive revenue and profitability: /b Use data-driven insights to develop effective sell-out strategies, identify commercial opportunities and sustainably improve both revenue and profitability across your markets. /li libRepresent our brand and build partnerships: /b Participate in meetings with customers, marketplaces and business partners, present market and competitor analyses and actively identify opportunities for further growth. /li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liRelevant professional experience in e-commerce, particularly within the Amazon 1P or 3P business, ideally in an international or multi-market environment /li liStrong knowledge of the bItalian e-commerce market /b and its key players, marketplaces and market dynamics /li liExperience in or knowledge of e-commerce markets in the bMENAT region /b would be a strong advantage /li liA strong interest in digital business and a passion for sales, marketing and business development, combined with a good understanding of current e-commerce trends /li liA degree in e-commerce, business administration, marketing or a related field—or a comparable vocational qualification with relevant additional training /li liA hands-on mentality with a proactive, entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new markets and business opportunities /li liConfident and engaging communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, marketplaces and business partners /li liAn analytical, structured and independent working style, enabling you to confidently manage multiple markets and complex topics /li liExcellent written and spoken bEnglish /b /li libItalian language skills /b would be a strong advantage /li liKnowledge of an additional language relevant to the MENAT region, particularly bArabic or Turkish /b, would be an advantage /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
