We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Education Events Hospitality Department while upholding our core bvalues of beauty, ethics, and sustainability /b. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3Strategic Planning, Governance Business Partnership /h3 ul liLead annual planning and governance processes, ensuring alignment across Business Units and key functions, including Education, Events, Hospitality, Finance, Legal, Human Resource (HR) and Corporate teams. /li liManage global calendars, operational standards and workflows, driving process adoption and continuous improvement. /li liSupport the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, enabling business performance and operational excellence. /li /ul h3Financial Governance Reporting /h3 ul liCoordinate budget planning, monitoring and forecasting activities, ensuring financial visibility across projects and initiatives. /li liDefine and manage Key Perfomance Indicators (KPI) frameworks, dashboards and performance reporting. /li liEnsure data quality, consistency and the reliability of business insights. /li liSupport strategic decision-making through reporting, analysis and performance monitoring.
/li /ul h3Operations Excellence Digital Transformation /h3 ul liIdentify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, scalability and standardisation. /li liOwn and continuously develop operational platforms, SharePoint environments and digital collaboration tools. /li liEnsure effective knowledge management through documentation, process mapping, governance frameworks and accessible repositories. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics or related fields. /li liProfessional proficiency in both English and Italian is required. /li liMinimum experience of 5 years in Operations, Project Management Office (PMO), Business Operations or Project Management roles. /li liProven experience in people management. /li liStrong budgeting, reporting and analytical capabilities. /li liExperience coordinating cross-functional and international stakeholders. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel and reporting tools. /li liFamiliarity with Power BI, AI solutions and process automation tools is a plus. /li liStrong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. /li liCollaborative, proactive and business-oriented mindset. /li /ul h3WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US /h3 pAt Davines Group, we may not be perfect, but we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring environment where we grow together.
