About the Role
We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, affirming care at Tia’s San Francisco clinic, 32 hours per week.

As a clinician at Tia, you’ll provide full-spectrum primary care for women, including preventive care, acute care, chronic disease management, and routine gynecologic and reproductive healthcare.

You’ll work alongside nurse practitioners, physician assistants, acupuncture providers, and clinical support staff in an interdisciplinary environment designed to support whole-person care.



You’ll also have opportunities to share clinical insights that help Tia improve its care model, workflows, and technology.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, acute concerns, and chronic condition management.

Address routine women’s health needs, including birth control counseling, STI screening, UTIs, vaginal infections, pelvic pain, and abnormal bleeding.
