Overview
In this role you will lead and execute clinical site monitoring for multiple studies within an international team. You will own study activities, maintain strong site relationships, and ensure data quality through CRF review, source data verification, and query resolution. You’ll contribute to site identification and training of less experienced CRAs, while collaborating across sponsors and therapeutic areas. The position offers autonomy, scientific engagement, and growth in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsabilità
- Conduct and report onsite monitoring visits and remote visits
- Perform CRF review, source data verification, and query resolution
- Manage site communication and overall site oversight




- Involve in site identification processes
- Assist in training of less experienced CRAs
- Take lead for assigned studies with ownership and autonomy

Requisiti fondamentali
- College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Independent on-site monitoring experience in Italy
- Experience in monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III
- Full working proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel and valid driver’s license
