Overview
As a Lead Service Delivery Consultant, you will act as the primary client contact for production support and relationship management, ensuring effective issue resolution and system enhancements of SimCorp Dimension. You will collaborate with clients and global SMEs to deliver Front-to-Back solutions, driving automation, better end-user experience, and client satisfaction. You’ll configure and optimize applications, monitor operations, and translate customer needs into future product enhancements. This role combines technical delivery with knowledge transfer, policy input, and cross-team collaboration in an international setting.

Responsabilità
- Serve as the main client contact for production support and relationship management
- Provide live support to resolve issues in SimCorp Dimension and system operations




- Perform application configuration maintenance and handle daily operational requests
- Assess customer requirements for system enhancements and inform product management
- Collaborate with SimCorp colleagues and clients to prioritize and deliver best-practice solutions
- Implement additional functionality in SimCorp Dimension for existing customers
- Share knowledge and ensure efficient client solutions with internal teams
- Conduct training and coaching to enable optimal software use
- Contribute to policy making and strategic direction of the function
- Work on the EMEA shift with possible extended hours, weekends, or holidays

Requisiti fondamentali
- Hands-on SimCorp Dimension knowledge
- Minimum 8 years in asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian
- Educational background in finance or economics
- Experience with Front Office, Back Office, Accounting processes or F
