We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Customer Quality & Product Audit Manager.

THE IMPACT: S/He leads the Customer Quality department, driving product excellence from the development phase onward, fostering a continuous improvement mindset, and contributing to increased customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and addressing product quality and defect-related issues.

Main Activities And Accountabilities

• Coordinate the Customer Quality Engineers Team in managing quality agreements and process audits conducted by customers at manufacturing plants.
• Conduct regular review meetings with customers to ensure alignment on quality-related topics and initiatives.
• Manage the customer complaint process end to end (containment, root cause analysis, 8D, customer response, verification of effectiveness), directly handling escalations and critical customers.
