Overview As EMEA Field Product Manager, you will drive adoption and commercialization of LAAO and ICE portfolios across the region. You’ll align regional marketing with country execution, partnering with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing to accelerate portfolio growth. You’ll lead field marketing for launches and develop customer materials and trainings to support commercial programs. This role offers impact across multiple markets, educating stakeholders and shaping how ICE-guided workflows are used. You’ll work in a global, cross-functional environment with a clear focus on delivering patient-centered outcomes in cardiovascular care.

Responsabilità
- Implement regional marketing programs with country sales and marketing teams to drive LAAO and ICE adoption
- Lead field marketing for key product launches from readiness to post-launch adoption
- Create customer-facing materials, commercial tools, field communications, and training resources
- Partner with Sales to support strategic account development and portfolio growth
- Develop educational and commercial initiatives demonstrating ICE-guided workflows
- Provide marketing support for major congresses, events, and advisory boards
- Support country teams with clinical data, competitive intelligence, and tender materials
- Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate across EMEA, country, and Global teams to optimize portfolio commercialization and regional initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Significant medical device industry experience, preferably in cardiovascular interventions
