Working in a dynamic, high-performing team, you'll ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office through exceptional organisation, discretion, and proactive support. /p /brpYou’ll be a key communication link between the IPP Group, other Seqwater teams, and external stakeholders.
Your ability to juggle complex priorities—such as diary management, document preparation, procurement, and project coordination—will be critical to the success of this role. /p /brpThis is a great opportunity to work on meaningful initiatives that support the delivery of strategic water infrastructure outcomes for South East Queensland. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brlibExecutive Office Support: /b Manage day-to-day office functions and provide high-level administrative support to the Executive General Manager and senior leaders. /li /brlibBoard Committee Support: /b Coordinate the preparation of Board papers, agendas, reports, and minutes to a high standard. /li /brlibProject Administration: /b Support documentation, procurement, budgeting, and records management for group-wide initiatives. /li /brlibStakeholder Engagement: /b Act as the primary liaison for the IPCD Group, fostering strong communication across teams and with external partners. /li /brlibProject Coordination: /b Assist with planning, reporting, research, and documentation to support project delivery. /li /brlibEvent Leadership Support: /b Prepare materials for meetings and events, and act on behalf of the General Manager as authorised during absences. /li /brlibIncident Response: /b Be available outside of standard hours to support emergency or incident response as required. /li /br /ul /brh3About You /h3 /brpTo be successful in this role, you will have:
/p /brul /brliProven experience in executive administration and project support. /li /brliStrong organisational, communication, and customer service skills. /li /brliHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li /brliExperience with minute-taking, report preparation, and managing office systems. /li /brliThe ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and act with discretion. /li /brliA sound understanding of project management principles and resource coordination. /li /brliA proactive approach to learning new systems, policies, and stakeholder environments. /li /brliA current C class driver’s licence. /li /br /ul /brpThis position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with a salary ranging from $108,332 – $119,130, plus 12.75% superannuation. /p /brpAppointment to this role is subject to the provision of a national police check and may be subject to other medical/character requirements.
