This is our calling. /ph3Let’s Talk about the Role /h3pIn this role, you will bridge the gap between daily corporate treasury operations and general accounting, with a focus on bank reconciliations, tax payments, and payroll journal entries. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SAP (FI module) and thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullibTreasury Cash Management /bulliManage daily bank reconciliations and clear open items across all corporate bank accounts using SAP. /liliMonitor incoming collections and process outgoing electronic payments via remote banking platforms. /liliPrepare, verify, and execute tax payments via F24 forms in compliance with Italian tax regulations. /liliSupport cash flow forecasting and monitor daily liquidity positions. /liliMaintain relations with banking partners and manage bank documentation/signature mandates. /li /ul /lilibAccounting Month-End Closing /bulliPerform monthly reconciliations and balancing for payroll-related general ledger accounts (stipendi e contributi). /liliEnsure accurate accounting of withholding taxes, social security contributions, and local/corporate taxes. /liliPrepare and post journal entries related to treasury operations during month-end and year-end closing activities. /liliAssist in internal and external auditing processes by providing accurate financial documentation and reports. /li /ul /li /ulh3Skills for Success /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar hybrid role (Treasury/Accounting) within a multinational or structured company. /liliStrong proficiency in SAP ERP (specifically FI module, FI-BL, FI-AP/AR). /liliHigh proficiency in MS Excel. /liliFluent in English (both written and spoken)
