Leonardo is seeking a Rates Analyst for the GCAP Joint Venture HQ in Reading, with Rome as the base location. The role sits in GCAP Finance UO and offers exposure to a new international JV from inception, including a minimum two-year secondment to Reading.
The analyst will define labour-rate principles, produce variance analyses, and support performance optimisation with regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior budget holders in a fast-moving, multi-national team. Hybrid working is offered.
