fostering a culture of continuous improvement, financial excellence, and professional development. /li /ul pWe are seeking a strategic and commercially focused bFinance Business Partnering Manager /b to support senior business leaders, drive financial performance, and deliver actionable insights that enable growth and profitability. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions and drive performance. /li liLead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and monthly performance reviews. /li liProvide financial insights, scenario modelling, and business case analysis to support strategic initiatives. /li liDrive profitability improvement and cost optimization across the market. /li liLead commercial finance activities, focusing on customer and business profitability. /li liCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve financial and operational performance. /li liEnsure robust financial controls, compliance, statutory reporting, and balance sheet integrity. /li liLead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liStrong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FPA, or Commercial Finance. /li liProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making. /li liExpertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management. /li liStrong leadership and team development skills. /li liProfessional accounting qualification and/or relevant finance degree preferred. /li /ul h3Salary /h3 ul li65,000 - 69,000€ annual gross salary /li liLevel Quadro - CCNL Commercio.
