pFor the Central Team of bGenerali Global Corporate Commercial (GCC) /b, we are looking for a bSenior IT Business Analyst /b to join our Core Platforms Team. /p pThe role reports directly to the GCC Head of Core Platforms. This is an opportunity to join a global corporate insurance company in a high-impact team. We seek a senior Business Analyst who combines hands-on project management skills, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen to actively drive and support initiatives that are critical to our growth and transformation. /p pThe ideal candidate can manage implementations, initiatives, and projects; collect and interpret business needs; and collaborate closely with local and central IT Business Analysts, developers, and testers across roadmapping, requirements definition, solution design, and configuration/coding. The person will oversee project delivery on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, bringing fresh ideas, proposing solutions, ensuring internal client and Line of Business satisfaction, and contributing to delivery-led growth across functions. /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liEvaluating and prioritizing incoming requests based on business value and strategic alignment. Assess business objectives, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for solutions that align with company goals. /li liWorking autonomously with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. /li liManaging the initial intake process and ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery phase. /li /ul h3Requirements and process analysis: /h3 ul liGather business requirements, analyse and optimize business processes, and translate them into functional specifications, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 technologies and AI technologies. /li liWork with technical teams to design solutions, including functional design and Business Requirements collection. /li /ul h3Project leadership and execution: /h3 ul liLead projects and initiatives from start to finish, overseeing project phases, creating comprehensive project plans, timelines, and workstreams. /li liProactively identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and issues. /li /ul h3Team and stakeholder management: /h3 ul liCoordinating and monitoring technical delivery teams. /li liFacilitating seamless communication and alignment between Business and IT. /li liManaging relationships with stakeholders and providing regular progress reports. /li liAssist with troubleshooting issues related to internal platforms, work with technical support to resolve problems,



and help maintain a knowledge base. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of professional experience, with a previous Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred. /li liStrong knowledge of AI and Generative AI concepts and technologies. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liPrevious experience in Insurance Projects is preferrable. /li liProficiency in a variety of business analysis techniques, such as process mapping, user stories, and workshops. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. /li liExperience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. /li liAbility to create and maintain detailed documentation and reports. /li liFamiliarity with AGILE methodologies. /li liStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. /li liHigh emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. /li liComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments. /li liProven ability to engage and coordinate stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration. /li liStrong communication and public speaking. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pThe position will be offered at Job Level 7, under the terms of the ANIA National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL ANIA) for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Collective Agreement. /p pThe starting gross annual salary will range between €60,000 and €70,000.
