In 2020, Ambienta became IIGCC member and in 2023 committed to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi). /p h3Your role and responsibilities /h3 pBy joining us, you will find a dynamic and stimulating corporate environment, where performance, initiative, and results are consistently recognized and rewarded. /p pIn your role, you will provide essential support to our Partners, helping them manage their day-to-day priorities efficiently and smoothly. /p pWe are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and adaptable, with experience in structured, international environments — ideally within the financial or banking sector - and is used working in a fast-paced, demanding environment. /p pIn this role, you will need to combine discretion, reliability, and problem-solving skills. You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders, making sure their needs are anticipated and handled with professionalism.



/p pMain tasks will include: /p ul liManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex appointments and events /li liOrganize and oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries; /li liScreen and manage communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses; /li liDraft correspondence and prepare documentation with accuracy and attention to details; /li liManage client and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and discretion; /li liSupport project management and ensure deadlines are met; /li liPrepare and process expense reports, invoices, and light bookkeeping tasks; /li liCollaborate effectively with internal teams across the Firm to facilitate smooth operations; /li /ul h3Your Skills /h3 ul li2/3 years of experience in a personal/team assistant role, ideally in structured international companies /li liPositive, dynamic and professional attitude, with strong interpersonal skills /li liHighly reliable, trustworthy, and discreet — confidentiality is essential /li liStrong organizational and time-management skills, with a hands-on approach and ability to work under pressure /li liPrecise, detail-oriented, and able to manage last-minute changes effectively /li liProactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative /li liFlexible and collaborative, with excellent written and verbal communication skills /li liFluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken) /li liComfortable using technology and digital tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly /li /ul pBackground in the financial or banking sector is considered a strong plus /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
