As an In-Stock Team Leader at JD.com, Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability across our fulfillment network.



You will drive efficiency in stock management processes to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize operational costs. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and mentor a team of In-Stock Specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. /liliOversee the daily execution of inventory management tasks, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and allocation. /liliAnalyze sales data, inventory reports, and demand forecasts to identify potential stock-outs or overstock situations. /liliDevelop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turns, reduce obsolescence, and improve product availability. /liliCollaborate with procurement, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product flow and resolve supply chain issues. /liliMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to in-stock rates, inventory accuracy, and lead times, taking corrective actions as needed. /liliIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in inventory management. /liliEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. /liliPrepare and present regular reports on team performance and inventory status to senior management. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity. /liliProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. /liliStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar inventory management software).
