Within the **Geopolitical Studies & Analysis Area** of the Central **International Affairs** Function, we are looking for a **Geopolitical Analyst** for our **Rome** office. **The person will be responsible for the following activities:** * conducting in-depth country analyses, carrying out periodic monitoring of the defense budgets of the main countries of corporate interest, and evaluating the impact of these factors on relevant business areas, using corporate information sources; * providing support to corporate entities (Corporate Functions, Divisions) that need to delve deeper into topics collateral to the actual business; * supporting the Area Manager in managing relationships with think tanks and study centers, both in Italy and abroad. **Education:** Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Strategic Studies, Economics,



European Policies or related disciplines. A PhD in areas consistent with geopolitics, international relations, security and defense is a preferential title. **Seniority:** Expert (3 - 5 years of experience). **Technical knowledge and skills:** Good knowledge in (i) international relations, (ii) geopolitics, (iii) economics, (iv) international defense and security is required. **Behavioral skills:** (i) flexibility, (ii) curiosity, (iii) independence of thought, (iv) professionalism are appreciated. **Language skills:** Excellent writing skills in Italian and good in English (minimum required level B2) are required. **Computer skills:** Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with tools for research, analysis and monitoring of geopolitical and international scenarios. **Other:** Willingness to travel. **Involvement, enhancement of skills,** care for the **well-being** and **safety of people** are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.
