We foster a culture ofbresilience, challenge, respect, excellence, /bandbchange /b, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes. /p pWe are currently looking for abLegal Counsel /bto join our team inbMilan /b, part of our subsidiarybMETKA EGNItaly S.r.l. /bin Italy. /p h3Your role will encompass: /h3 ul liProvide high level, responsive legal advice and support to the Italian and East-European Business Development and Construction Teams /li liOversee the legal assistance to MA transactions, in coordination with external law firms, and support the Development Team in business development, origination, permitting, MA, corporate transactions, primarily in Italy and Eastern Europe /li liDraft, review, and organize execution of notarial deeds relevant to project lands and corporate transactions. /li liReview, draft, and negotiate EPC and OM contracts, as well as agreements related to the supply chain (e.g., procurement of equipment, service contracts, general terms and conditions for the supply of goods), ensuring client interests are protected in collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders /li liAdvise stakeholders on legal frameworks, regulations,



and compliance matters relevant to development and construction and energy sectors /li liCollaborate with external law firms to address and resolve complex legal matters; liaise with them to obtain fee quotes and manage and approve legal spend within agreed parameters /li liContract deadlines and relevant actions. /li liAdvise on energy projects at all stages, working alongside other development and construction legal counsels in Italy /li /ul h3What you bring to the role: /h3 ul liLawyer qualified in Italy /li liAt least 6-7 years’ experience in the solar/renewable energy sector in Italy either in-house or within law firms advising energy clients /li liDetailed knowledge of solar PV development, acquisitions and disposals, EPC, OM contracts in Italy and elsewhere in East Europe /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liStrong technical expertise in renewable energy project development, acquisitions and disposals, EPC and OM contracts, ideally with exposure to both Polish and broader European markets and cross-border transactions /li liProven ability to manage external legal counsel, including obtaining fee quotes and overseeing legal spend within predefined budgets /li liComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on collaboration and cross-functional coordination /li /ul h3Compensation Contractual Framework /h3 pThe starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is 48,200 Eur, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria. /p pThe final compensation may reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company’s remuneration framework. /p h3Additional benefits include: /h3 ul liGroup Health Insurance Plan /li /ul pFollow us onLinkedInand stay updated on our latest news /p pWe respect your personal data.
