ppbSurvey Assistant Project Manager /b – Etna, NH. /p pBowman has an opportunity for a Survey Assistant Project Manager in Etna, NH. /p h3Purpose /h3 pApply administrative, technical and managerial techniques to assigned projects to ensure successful and timely completion within the allocated budget. Work with leadership, prepare and submit proposals and project estimates. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liReceive broad guidance from senior-level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, policy matters, and general parameters for execution. Assist in managing people and processes to ensure effective execution. Review work produced by staff for quality assurance. /li liAssist manager in securing repeat business from existing clients and identifying new clients. /li liCoordinate with other internal departments to meet project requirements. /li liParticipate in meetings with prospective clients, proposal preparations, and establishment of budgets and schedules. /li liMaintain close liaison with clients and work with Project Manager to resolve project questions including technical requirements, completion requirements and billing inquiries. /li liWork with the Project Manager to review project changes, pending or anticipated alterations to the contract, additional work requests, and all other factors which may significantly affect staffing requirements or the budget. /li liSupervise the work of survey project personnel as needed to ensure that it meets the highest professional standards. /li liCoordinate with other internal departments to meet project requirements. /li liWork with the Project Manager to define the scope of multiple, complex projects and develop plans to accomplish land survey projects; monitor progress toward deliverable schedules; and compile project status reports. /li liReview job cost sheets and prepare monthly billings. Ensure assigned projects stay within budget allocation. /li liMay serve as primary project point of contact as needed to coordinate surveying and mapping services between Survey Party Chief and the client. /li liAssist in the collection of outstanding monies due from assigned clients. /li liParticipate in marketing presentations and attend marketing meetings.
