R. Fratelli wants to recruit a Network Communication Sr Analyst, within the Infrastructure Communications unit based in Parma. The individual will report to the Network Communications Sr Manager. /ph3Job purpose /h3pbrThe role will contribute to the global network and communication infrastructure deployment and management, through the support to technical initiatives proposal and design, the management of local implementation projects and the support to tenders and suppliers management, in compliance with Group and regulatory IT standards and the assigned project budget. /ph3brKey Accountabilities /h3ulliSupport the technical evolution of the network and communication infrastructures, through the proposition of technological ideas and innovations in support of the definition of technical evolution initiatives. /liliSupport the design and development of the Group network and communication infrastructures, systems and support services, from both business needs and IT improvements projects, collaborating in the analysis, development and proposal of technical solutions. /liliContribute to the design of network solutions in line with management direction. /liliOversee the l deployment of network and communication projects. /liliLead project implementation as project manager, in line with the manager’s recommendations. /liliMaintain up-to-date designs, standards, baselines, procedures, asset records, and supporting evidence for governance, operations, and audits.



/liliManage the deployment of local and global projects, coordinating assigned resources, budgets, and external providers to achieve project objectives. /liliManage advanced troubleshooting, major incidents, root-cause analysis and corrective actions /liliPromote automation and observability through APIs, infrastructure as code, telemetry, logs and performance monitoring. /liliSupport tender and supplier management by contributing to supplier scouting, selection, and evaluation, and by continuously monitoring compliance with service-level agreements in collaboration with Group Purchasing, IT Contracting Compliance, and the external supplier certification firm. /liliContribute to the effective management and continuous improvement of the network service operations through the coordination of the external providers, the control of the service levels observance and the expenses costs in alignment with the contractual agreements and Group Policies. /liliContribute to defining, updating, and implementing network and communication architectures, with particular focus on network security across enterprise networks, cloud environments, and IT/OT interoperability and integration. /liliEnsure compliance with Group policies, ISO 27001 standards, data protection requirements, cybersecurity regulations, and audit controls. /li /ulh3brRequirements /h3ulliUniversity degree in Electronics Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science /lili1-2 years previous experience of similar responsibilities in a structured company environment /liliGood Knowledge and understanding of network communication protocols and architectures /liliProficient understanding of physical network infrastructure /liliGood knowledge of network technologies across LAN, WAN, collaboration, and network security, particularly:- Routing and switching technologies /liliOn-premises and cloud LAN and data center architectures /liliCommon WAN architectures, solutions,



and protocols /liliNetwork security architectures and solutions, including NGFW, WAF, VPN, NAC, AAA, ZTNA, and SASE/SIG /liliUnified communications, VoIP, and video conferencing architectures, solutions, and platforms /liliCommon network performance monitoring and management tools /liliCommon industrial automation and networking frameworks and protocols· One of the following certifications is required: Cisco CCNA, CCNP /liliOne of the following certifications is preferred: Cisco CCNP collaboration, Microsoft Teams Administration /liliExcellent knowledge of English and Italian /liliStrong team-working attitude, problem solving and ability to work under pressure /liliAttitude to investigate and evaluate different solutions. /liliAvailability to business trips (Italy and abroad) /li /ulh3Compensation Package /h3ulliThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 38.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare) /liliThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications /liliThe position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
