Position Overview
AsSenior Finance Manager for Italy region, you area key leader responsible for the full finance scope, combiningfinancial controlling, statutory compliance, and advanced commercial finance partnering.
Reporting to the Finance Director Commercial Europe, you will act as astrategic business partner to the Commercial organization and Leadership Team,



driving profitable growth through robust financial planning, Gross-to-Net (GTN) management, and performance insight.
This role blendsstrategic influence and hands-on execution, with ownership of financial performance, compliance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Finance Business Partnering
- Act as acore member of the Country Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making
- Partner closely withSales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing, HR and Commercial Strategy
- Provideactionable financial insightsto drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and ROI optimization
- Support and challenge commercial teams onpricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer strategy
- Lead financial input intostrategic and transformation projects

2. Commercial Finance & GTN Management
