Position SummaryThe Special Care Team (SCT) Specialist is responsible for managing sales orders escalated to SHU and supporting complex customer service and order fulfillment cases. This role serves as a central point of contact for SHU orders and works closely with Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, FSO, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Business Units, Manufacturing, and other internal teams to support timely delivery and protect customer commitments.
