Role Description The Dispatch Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Faroe Islands, responsible for coordinating and overseeing field IT support activities. In this role, the Dispatch Engineer will receive service requests, prioritize and schedule onsite engineers,



and ensure timely response aligned with service-level agreements. The position involves communicating with clients to confirm requirements, documenting incidents and resolutions, and maintaining accurate records of dispatches and inventory usage. The Dispatch Engineer will collaborate with remote teams and local technicians, monitor ongoing tasks, and elevate issues when needed to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. The role also includes working closely with stock storage and logistics teams to support equipment availability and readiness for deployments and rollouts.

Qualifications
- Strong coordination and dispatch skills, including task prioritization, scheduling, and real-time monitoring of onsite IT activities.
- Experience in IT support environments, such as desktop support, EUC, data center operations, or field engineering coordination.
