The Program Manager reports directly to the Program Director. This position is based in Mantua, NJ and oversees our group home.

Salary: $58,000- $68,000

What Devereux Looks for in YOU:
- Plans and implements the occupational, recreational,



social and other developmental plans designed for each individual in their care.
- Responsible for ensuring the internal and external facilities of the program are maintained in a way to present Devereux as a good neighbor and welcomed member of the community.
- Responsible for all the staff within their assigned program(s) inclusive of the hiring, performance management, attendance management, payroll accuracy and training compliance of each team member.
- Ensure all shifts within the program are adequately covered.
- Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of our individuals.
- Plan and participate in group outings for our individuals.
- Manage the shopping for the home’s necessities, such as food, clothing, and household items.
- Schedule and transport our individuals to doctor’s appointments, shopping trips, and day progr
