We arelooking for a Customer Service Manager – Italy Wholesale to lead ourCustomer Service team and ensure an efficient, proactive and solution-orientedservice for our Wholesale business.

Reportingto the Italy Wholesale Commercial Director, the role combines teamleadership with hands-on operational responsibility across order management,shipments, deliveries, customer requests and issue resolution.

- Proven experience in B2BCustomer Service, ideally within fashion, apparel, retail or consumergoods.
- Previous experience leading orcoordinating a team.
- Solid knowledge of Wholesaleprocesses, order management and delivery flows.
- Strong cross-functionalcollaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational,analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, autonomous andresults-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of Exceland ERP/business management systems.
- AS400 experience is a plus.
- Italianand English proficiency.
