In this role you drive the hotel’s financial strategy and integrity, partnering with ownership and the Executive Committee. You translate data into insight to boost profitability and lead a high-performing finance team. You will shape the financial future of a Rome icon in the ultra-luxury segment, balancing rigorous controls with strategic investments. This position blends operational finance, compliance, and business partnering to sustain guest experience and financial performance.

Responsabilità Provide financial analysis, market data and business intelligence for strategic decisions
Lead annual operating, capital budgets and rolling forecasts with GM and department heads
Assess ROI for capital projects and track outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, costs, and revenue performance




Develop benchmarking to enhance financial and operational performance
Represent finance in ownership meetings and Executive Committee discussions
Maximize cash flow through controls on inventory, credit, collections, disbursements, and deposits
Oversee P&L; impact of operations and monitor revenue, costs, margins
Prepare timely financial and management reports with variance analysis
Approve balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset sub-ledgers
Manage hotel contracts and financial arrangements
Approve disbursements, rebates, adjustments and allowances per policy
Maintain records for audits to ensure transparency
Lead Purchasing team; align vendor selection with financial objectives and luxury standards
Enforce purchasing policies, thresholds and inventory controls
Ensure procurement complies with Accor policies and regulations
Collaborate with department heads on purchasing needs
Ensure compliance with Italian fiscal regulations, Accor pol
