As a Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be a vital member of their Growth team and responsible for building strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across Europe, particularly within Italian-speaking markets. What will you do
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the health, wellness, beauty, and longevity niches (managing Italian affiliates from GOAFFPRO ).
- Develop and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to contract negotiation,



content briefing, and reporting.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure quality and brand compliance.
- Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talents, and new platforms.
- Support cross-functional initiatives across paid social, partnerships, and community-building efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a science-related field (preferred:
biology, nutrition, health sciences).
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media
(including internships).
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is an advantage.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities.
- Creativity, proactivity, and self-motivation.
