Overview
In this role you support the local study team in Italy from start-up to close-out, ensuring trial documentation, progress tracking, vendor coordination, and timely investigator payments. You contribute to compliance and inspection readiness so new treatments reach patients with serious chronic diseases. You’ll work within the Clinical Development Centre’s operational backbone, collaborating across functions to keep trials on schedule. This is an opportunity to shape efficient trial operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Salary range: 36,640 to 53,130 EUR

Set up and maintain the eTMF and iTMF to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant records
Track trial activities and coordinate tasks to support high-quality delivery and inspection readiness
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in vendor management
Ensure site payments are processed on time and resolve
