Etjca Group SpA - Filiale di Bresso, for one of our clients, a renowned player in Italian large-scale distribution, is looking for a: SALES ASSISTANT (PROTECTED CATEGORY) The resource, reporting directly to their manager, will be responsible for displaying and stocking merchandise on shelves, as well as cleaning and tidying the premises. Details and contractual terms:
- Workplace: Lurago D'Erba (CO).
- Working hours: Part-time 24h from Monday to Sunday on shifts, distributed according to the supermarket's needs, with one or more weekly rest days.
- Contract offered: Initial fixed-term administration contract with possibility of extensions. Serious intention to hire.
- Remuneration: € 1,680 gross/month to be re-proportioned for tempo parziale.
- Classification: V level CCNL Confcommercio (14 months).
Roles and responsibilities:
- Restocking shelves;
- Checking and verifying expiry dates;
- Customer assistance;
- Cleaning and tidying the store;
- Collaboration with department staff;
Requirements for participation in the selection:
- Enrollment in targeted placement lists (LAW 68/99);
- Good relational skills and customer orientation;
- Dynamism and team spirit;
