Overview
In this role you will lead the design and delivery of complex Data Center projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet client requirements and schedules. You will serve as the primary design contact, drive reviews and risk mitigation, and collaborate across local and international delivery teams. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a global engineering environment. Responsabilità Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams through the project lifecycle
Oversee design delivery from concept to commissioning
Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, schedules, and quality
Act as primary contact for design matters with clients and teams
Facilitate design reviews, coordination workshops, and project reporting
Identify and mitigate project risks with practical technical solutions
Collaborate with local and international delivery teams for compliant execution
Support Project Managers and Project Directors to achieve outcomes
Promote safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requisiti fondamentali Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical discipline
>5 years in Design Management, Project Management or Engineering Management in engineering consultancy or construction
Experience delivering complex engineering projects, preferably Data Centers
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and stakeholders across locations
Understanding of design delivery across all project stages (concept to commissioning)
Strong planning, organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem-solving, teamwork and leadership abilities
Fluency in Italian and English
Willingness to travel; high safety awareness and knowledge of Italian
