Overview
In this role you contribute to valvetrain innovations for traditional and hybrid powertrains within Eaton's Mobility Group. You will collaborate across eight manufacturing sites and four technical centers to translate customer needs into validated, production-ready valve and valve actuation solutions. The role combines design, validation, and industrialization work with cross-functional teamwork and supplier/OEM engagement. It offers exposure to eMobility projects and a global, inclusive engineering culture with ambitious timelines.

Responsabilità
- Design, analyze, validate, and industrialize valvetrain components from prototype to serial production
- Ensure functionality, durability, manufacturability,



and compliance with customer requirements
- Translate customer specifications into engineering deliverables and development plans
- Serve as technical interface with suppliers and OEM engineering teams across Italy and Western Europe
- Support prototype builds, prepare documentation, and present results to customers and leadership
- Contribute to system design, validation, and products across Eaton's portfolio including eMobility
- Track project progress and report activities to the Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer
- Travel up to 30%

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in product development, preferably automotive
- Fluent English
- Multicultural teamwork
