Overview In this role you support international growth by identifying new markets and recruiting distribution partners for electro-medical equipment. You work closely with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams to qualify distributors, negotiate deals, and manage international initiatives. The role focuses on untapped markets and participating in global events to generate long-term partnerships. This is an international, growth-driven position with meaningful impact on market expansion.

Market mapping and lead generation in high-potential regions Partner recruitment and support in distribution negotiations Maintain regular distributor communication and support existing accounts Monitor international competitors’ activity and pricing Plan and participate in international fairs to generate leads Coordinate with other departments to execute international deals Trade compliance support for customs and export controls Administrative reporting using CRM systems

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Economics,



Foreign Languages, or Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent background) few years (2–3) of international sales or export operations experience fluent English plus one other major language (Spanish, French, or German) strong sales fundamentals: understanding of sales cycles, negotiation basics, and customer needs ability to learn clinical benefits of medical devices and explain them to distributors and customers basic understanding of local regulatory/registration requirements for medical devices familiarity with CRM, Excel, ERP and online communication tools excellent organization and time management; ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines availability to travel up to 30% baseline willingness to coordinate cross-border initiatives Effective communication Negotiation and influencing Relationship building with distributors CRM systems Excel ERP platforms
