Overview In this Associate role, you support a new Italian Investment Banking vertical within J.P. Morgan, helping shape strategy and execution. You work within a cross-functional regional team to manage the full M&A; cycle, from pitches to client presentations. You will model complex scenarios, prepare materials for committees, and collaborate with analysts, associates, and senior bankers. This role offers exposure to high-impact transactions, frequent travel, and a path to grow within corporate finance.

Responsabilità

Build complex financial models and valuation analyses Draft presentations and memoranda for M&A; transactions and client dialogue Stay informed on market developments and structuring/execution of M&A; Collaborate with industry, country, and product colleagues during origination and execution Organize and project-manage M&A; processes; support due diligence, deal docs, and announcements Liaise with clients,



advisers, and regulators as appropriate

Requisiti fondamentali

Prior investment banking experience Top-tier academic background Outstanding financial modelling skills Understanding of the transaction cycle and steps in the process Impeccable communication with senior professionals and stakeholders Interest in M&A; structuring; eagerness to learn and grow in corporate finance Self-directed, entrepreneurial, motivated, able to work independently Fluent in Italian and English Solid understanding of broader IB products Experience dealing with clients and other transactional advisers strong communication entrepreneurial mindset ability to work independently financial modelling valuation M&A; structuring
