Overview In this role you will shape the Automate Core platform, driving an outcome-driven roadmap for enterprise-grade, cloud-native services. You'll partner with internal engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enable scalable, secure, multi-tenant operations. You will balance immediate internal needs with long-term platform evolution, delivering reliable core capabilities that support the CIC ecosystem. Define the platform vision and roadmap for Automate Core, prioritizing reliability, multi-tenancy, security by design, and cost efficiency.
Serve as the primary PM for internal engineering teams and platform consumers,



validating problems and guiding evolution with evidence and telemetry.
Collaborate with Architecture, EM, and DM to establish core standards, reusable components, and durable system design.
Delivers features that build trust, including safe upgrades and data architectures that support sovereignty and encryption.
3-5 years of product management experience in complex environments
~ Proven track record delivering core platform or system capabilities from ideation to launch
~ Strategic autonomy and leadership to operate independently and balance inbound/outbound PM work
~ Solid experience with distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, security/compliance, and deployment models
