You will lead and coordinate assembly activities, ensuring that machines and production lines are built safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
Your leadership will be fundamental in driving productivity, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining an optimized resources allocation throughout the assembly process. In this position, you will work closely with testing, engineering, planning, purchasing, quality, and project management teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.

Manage the internal assembly and line-up of tissue converting machines in given timing, quality and hours budget




Plan and allocate manpower and resources according to project schedules and production priorities
Coordinate a team of assembly technicians
Collaborate closely with the testing team in order to meet projects goals and fulfill customer requests
Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Technical Office, Project Management, etc.) in order to guarantee the respect of the project's goals and contribute to product development
Support continuous improvement activities ## Expectations for you
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Minimum 5 years of assembly and testing experience in tissue converting machines (different technologies is a plus)
At least 3 years of experience in leading a large team in job shop production environment
Knowledge of tissue converting industry customers and their need is a plus
MS Office proficiency
Advanced English and Italian proficiency
