We are looking for a passionate Breakfast Cook who takes pride in their craft and values the quality of every ingredient. At AMA Stay, you will take ownership of our morning service, preparing fresh, high-quality breakfast offerings—from expertly cooked hot dishes and egg specialties to vibrant, modern Mediterranean buffet options. With attention to detail and a genuine passion for food, you will help create an exceptional breakfast experience that sets the tone for our guests' day.
Tasks
Preparing, setting up, and organising breakfast workstations with all required ingredients and cooking equipment
Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast items (eggs made-to-order, warm savory dishes, baked goods, fresh juices, and buffet displays) according to AMA Stay standards
Ensuring excellent presentation, freshness, and attention to detail before dishes and buffet spreads are served




Maintaining a clean, organized, and strictly sanitized kitchen environment throughout the morning service
Restocking buffet lines and maintaining inventory freshness during peak service hoursEnsuring all food products are correctly stored, labeled, and handled in compliance with food safety standards
Supporting the kitchen team with morning prep and smooth handover for afternoon service
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen role or a diploma from a culinary school (breakfast/brill experience is a plus)
Languages: Italian and English
Reliability and punctuality for early morning shift starts
Good knowledge of essential cooking techniques and breakfast preparation methods
Strong commitment to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures
Open-mindedness, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Strong team spirit, positive morning energy, and empathy
