Door attendant | season 2027 | Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel

At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a distinguished Door Attendant, who will deliver an iconic, memorable welcome to every guest arriving at our property.

Primary Responsibilities Include
- Greet arriving guests at the hotel main entrance, opening doors, offering umbrellas, and extending a warm welcome.
- Coordinate vehicle arrivals, taxis, private transfers, and valet parking in an organized manner.
- Communicate arrival details immediately to the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure personalized guest reception.
- Maintain the hotel entrance, driveway, and portico area pristine and uncluttered.
- Offer general assistance, local directions, and security oversight at the property entryway.

Requirements

What You Bring
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel door or guest service role.
- Charismatic presence, warm posture, and high standards of personal grooming.
- Excellent communication and observational skills.
- Ability to work outdoors under various weather conditions.




- Fluent in Italian and English.
