following up on leads and supporting ongoing business requirements. - Handle FIT, Group and Event enquiries and assist in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts and promotional agreements. - Coordinate sales activities including promotions, FAM trips, site inspections, trade shows, client visits and other sales events. - Maintain accurate client, enquiry and sales records in the CRM and prepare routine sales activity reports. - Support the sales team in monitoring market and competitor activities and identifying potential business opportunities. - Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Events, F&, B and Operations to ensure client requirements and bookings are communicated and followed up effectively. - Assist with post-event and post-stay follow-ups to maintain client relationships and encourage repeat business. vetrinabakeca
