Overview
As Sales Manager Automation, you will drive regional growth in EMEA by expanding the customer base and leveraging your established network. You will lead the full sales cycle for intralogistics automation projects, coordinating with engineering, PM and service teams to ensure outcomes that meet customer needs. This role combines deep solution knowledge with hands-on business development in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will shape project wins and contribute to our regional expansion and industry leadership.

Responsabilità
- Drive regional sales growth by acquiring new customers
- Develop and manage relationships with customers, consultants and institutions
- Deeply understand AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyors, picking systems and their industrial applications
- Analyze customer needs and tailor intralogistics automation solutions




- Consult on optimal solutions considering throughput, space, and budget
- Lead the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, service and external partners
- Report on sales activities and pipeline; monitor KPIs to meet order intake targets
- Stay informed on industry trends and participate in events to promote solutions

Requisiti fondamentali
- Completed studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering (technical) or comparable qualification
- Proven sales or business development track record in intralogistics automation
- Strong network in intralogistics market (customers, consultants, institutions)
- In-depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions (AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle, conveyors, picking)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess needs and propose solutions
- Strong communication,
